By requesting a commission, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of service.How my work is done:When you request your commission, my workflow consists of:- Sketching a preview of the requested idea;
- Polishing the characters and background;
- Waiting for client approval to create the lineart;
- Drawing the complete line art from the sketch;
- Painting the characters and backgrounds;
- Drawing the shading if applicable;
- Painting the lineart and making the final touches.Throughout the process, image previews of the artwork's progress will be sent; these can also be requested at any time.Upon completion, you will receive the .PNG image file of the artwork via private chat and email.Restrictions:I will not draw anything that glorifies crime or hate speech.I may draw sensitive content such as "cub," "feral," "gore," and "scat." If you are interested, please ask me.There is a limit of 1 slot per person.The price sheet in Brazilian Real is exclusively for Brazilians or foreigners in Brazilian territory.Payments:Payments must be made:Half before the sketch and the other half before the lineart;orThe entire amount before the start of the sketch.Payments are accepted via Paypal.Refunds:If a refund request is made before the start of the lineart, a full refund of the commission may be requested.If a refund request is made after the start of the lineart, only a partial refund may be requested, as a 30% commission fee will be charged.Refund requests will not be accepted after the art is completed.In case of refund requests or transaction disputes, the applicant can be permanently banned from requesting new commissions.Changes:During the sketching phase, any type of alteration to the design is acceptable except for contradictory or excessive changes.After the lineart is finalized, changes involving the sketching process and lines will be charged according to the complexity of the alteration.After the art is finalized, only color changes will be accepted within a one-month period.Delivery Time:The average time to complete a drawing can vary from one week to one month, depending on the complexity of each artwork.Rights:Personal use rights for commissioned artwork are granted to their respective clients.If you are interested in commercial use of the artwork, please ask me.Prohibitions:Customers may be permanently banned from placing new orders in cases of:- Refund or transaction dispute;
- Personal insults or defamatory remarks directed at the artist (ad hominem attacks).Options:When ordering an art, if you would like access to timelapses produced by ClipStudioPaint or the original .clip file, please let me know in advance. If possible, at the beginning of the order.It is possible to request that the artwork be sent without a signature or that the commission not be posted publicly.By default, artworks are created in 2160x2700 300DPI (Portrait) or 3450x1800 300DPI (Landscape) resolution, however, it is possible to request custom resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 600DPI (4K).

Caso tenha interesse, me pergunte.Há o limite de 1 slot por pessoa.A tabela de preços em Real brasileiro é exclusiva para brasileiros ou estrangeiros em território brasileiro.Pagamentos:Os pagamentos devem ser feitos:Metade antes do esboço e a outra metade antes da lineart;ouTotal antes do início do esboço.Pagamentos são aceitos via Boleto, PayPal, Pix e transferências TED/DOC.Reembolsos:Caso o pedido de reembolso seja feito antes do início da lineart, o reembolso integral da comissão pode ser solicitado.Caso o pedido de reembolso seja feito após o início da lineart, apenas o reembolso parcial poderá ser solicitado pois haverá a cobrança de uma taxa de 30% do valor da comissão.Não será aceito pedidos de reembolso após a conclusão do desenho.Em caso de solicitação de reembolso ou contestações de transação, o solicitante poderá ser permanentemente proíbido de novos pedidos.Alterações:Durante o esboço, qualquer tipo de alteração no desenho é aceitável exceto mudanças contraditórias ou excessivas.Após a finalização da lineart, alterações que envolvam o processo de esboço e linhas serão cobradas de acordo com a complexidade da alteração.Após a finalização da arte, apenas alterações de cores serão aceitas dentro do prazo de um mês.Prazo de Entrega:O tempo médio para a conclusão de um desenho pode variar de uma semana a um mês, dependendo da complexidade de cada arte.Direitos:É concedido os direitos de uso pessoal das artes comissionadas aos seus respectivos clientes.Caso tenha interesse no uso comercial da arte, me pergunte.Proíbições:Clientes poderão ser permanentemente proíbidos de realizar novos pedidos em casos de:- Reembolso ou contestação de transação;
- Ofensas ou acusações pessoais direcionadas ao artista (ataques “ad hominem”).Opções:Ao solicitar uma arte, caso queira acesso a timelapses produzidos pelo ClipStudioPaint ou ao arquivo original .clip, me avise com antecedência. Caso possível no ínicio do pedido.É possível solicitar o envio da arte sem a assinatura ou que a comissão não seja postada públicamente.Por padrão as artes são feitas na resolução 2160x2700 300DPI (Retrato) ou 3450x1800 300DPI (Paisagem), porém é possível solicitar resoluções customizadas até 4096 x 2160 600DPI (4K).
